Shariece Wright

Director of Hospitality

Shariece Wright is a results-driven operations and customer service leader with more than 20 years of management experience overseeing daily operations, leading high-performing teams, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Her expertise includes staff scheduling, workflow coordination, resolving customer concerns, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining high service standards in fast-paced environments. She is recognized for her strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 

 

Jahmai Grant

Director of Entertainment

Jahmai Grant is a highly trained aerial and circus artist from Nassau, Bahamas, specializing in multi-apparatus performance, acrobatics, and fire manipulation for contemporary and traditional circus environments.

He is a Dancer, Aerialist and Acrobat with international experience including Royal Caribbean International (2024–2026), Lime Entertainment (2023–2026), El Rey León Madrid (2019–2022), Teatro Real Madrid – Aida and Un Ballo in Maschera, RWS Entertainment / MSC Cruises, and as a contestant on Got Talent Spain.

Training & skills include Aerial Silks, Lyra, Trapeze, Corde Lisse, Spanish Web, Acrobatics, Fire Manipulation & Traditional Fire Dance, Dance in Heels, Choreography and Stage Makeup. Jahmai brings strong stage presence, versatility across dance, aerial and acting, and is available for international contracts.

 

 

Adanecia Kemp

Artistic Director

Adanecia Kemp is the first Bahamian to attain her completion certificate with Gold with Distinction in the American Academy of Ballet Performance Awards. She also earned an AA degree in Psychology in 2004. She has trained with dance professionals including Frank Hatchett (jazz), Savion Glover (tap), and Mrs. Pamela McCray (American Academy of Ballet).

She previously served as Artistic Director of Bahamian Dance Theater Company and Artistic Director of Kaleidoscope Corporate Dance Company.

Her performance experience includes the National Dance Company of the Bahamas; Miss Liturgical Dance Bahamas 2005; the National Arts Festival, where she was a national winner in 2005 and 2006; and the Bahamas Body Building Federation in 2006 and 2007.

Her credits also include St. Johns Wesleyan Methodist Church Youth Explosion in Brooklyn, New York (2008); the Cacique Awards (2008, 2009, and 2015); the Guanahani Show (2009); the Miss Universe costume competition (2009); Artists 4 Peace (2009); the Gentlemen Ball (2010); Raw Form (2010); and the Philly Connection workshop showcases (2012 and 2014).

Her dance and entertainment experience includes Riu Hotel (2014); Sandals Royal Bahamian (2010–2019); Club Landor (2016); Breezes Entertainment (2016–2017); Harbor Side Resort and Warwick Hotel (2018–2022); Dance Bahamas (2018–2019); and Yodephy Dance and Modeling School (2018–2021).

Her objective is to teach various forms of dance as an art form. Her enjoyment of teaching and appreciation for the arts continue to inspire her work.

 

 

Dawson Bullard

Dawson L. Bullard, widely known as DukeofGold, is a Bahamian hospitality professional, entrepreneur, and community leader with a passion for service excellence and creating exceptional guest experiences. Beginning his hospitality career at just 17, Dawson’s dedication and commitment to excellence propelled him from housekeeping to becoming his hotel’s first-ever VIP Concierge, earning multiple awards and recognition for his contributions to the industry.

With a people-first approach to hospitality, Dawson believes that exceptional service is built on personalized attention, meaningful connections, and anticipating the needs of every guest. Beyond hospitality, he is the founder of Health by Nature, co-founder of Health & Savory, and a certified youth mentor. Combining his professional experience with his entrepreneurial vision and commitment to service, Dawson strives to elevate guest experiences while creating lasting impressions through professionalism, authenticity, and genuine care.
